Kathryn is a social impact leader with 15+ years of experience building programs that unlock funding, resources, and partnerships to tackle social and environmental challenges. She began her career in the nonprofit sector, where she designed and led high-performing fundraising campaigns and events to fund social services, health research, and more. In the corporate sector, she’s developed and scaled CSR strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable impact. From growing global employee engagement programs to launching purpose-led product initiatives, she specializes in turning good intentions into meaningful outcomes.
